All cylinders are chromed, polished, and individually heat-treated, which provides extended cylinder life.HCIC has professional performance testing before delivery.The hydraulic cylinder testing capabilities include cylinder friction tests, cycle tests, impulse endurance tests, drift rate tests (piston seal leakage), and proof pressure tests (applying 150% rated pressure in 5 minutes). The hydraulic cylinder test system can be configured for testing single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders. And all cylinders are 100% hydraulically tested to two times their working pressure.
